My name is Silvia Sanasi – I am Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship and Management at the Department of Management of the University of Bergamo, Italy.
Starting in 2025, I have been serving as Representative-at-Large for the Academy of Management's Strategizing Activities and Practices (SAP) interest group, and as an Associate Editor for the journal Creativity and Innovation Management. I am also a faculty member at the Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Management, where I teach within executive, corporate, and specializing programs. I also teach Design Thinking at USI - Università della Svizzera italiana.
I received my Ph.D. (cum laude) from Politecnico di Milano’s School of Management in 2022. My PhD dissertation, titled "Business Model Experimentation: A scientific approach to Strategy and Entrepreneurship," was selected as a finalist for the Outstanding Dissertation Award of the Academy of Management's Strategic Management (STR) division.

Between 2020 and 2021, I have been a visiting researcher at the Institute of Innovation Management and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center of the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) in Munich, Germany.
